533 Viet Fusion is a modern Vietnamese restaurant in south Palm Springs  serving fresh summer rolls, curries, pho, Pad Thai , vegetarian, gluten free options and cold handcrafted cocktails. "We fell in love with Asian cuisine, in particular Vietnamese. Our dishes are unique, like our Chili Braised Osso-bucco, and the Tamari  glazed Atlantic Salmon.
