Bursting with fresh, savory flavors, our diverse menu makes use of local-sourced ingredients including farm-fresh, hand selected vegetables. Guests can choose from a wide selection of items including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian selections; and varieties of pork, beef, chicken and seafood. Our recipes use zero soy sauce, instead, we use gluten-free Tamari which is reported to also have many health benefits.
